The Samata Express or Samta Express is a Super Fast Express train plying between Visakhapatnam and Hazrat Nizamuddin near New Delhi, India and is organized by East Coast Railways Waltair Division. The train is named remembering the Samata Festival held by Visakhapatnam people annually (Samatotsavamulu. The frequency of the train has been extended to five trips a week on each side. With effect from 8th January 2011 the train starts on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from Visakhapatnam. Similarly, with effect from 10th January 2011 it leaves Nizamuddin on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The average speed of the train is 61 km per hour.

Samata in Sanskrit/Telugu means Equality.

The train runs via Vijayanagaram, Raipur, Nagpur, Itarsi and Bhopal.
